Dolltopia

"Seems like everything is settled, then", Mister Indi happily exclaimed when all of them left the house shortly after. "Here you have the keys for the house. You can start moving in this minute, if you're so inclined."
"Oh, thank you so much for trusting us like this!" Sinistra truly meant it. For all it was worth, they could be squatters! Well, in Eternia's case she wouldn't vouch for her not being one...

"That's okay. I will send the tenance agreement to this address and you'll send me a signed copy back. If there's any problems - you have my phone number!"

Dolltopia

The stallion trotted through the garden gate and whistled happily.

Sinistra waved goodbye and called: "See you, Mister Indi! And thanks again for everything!"
Eternia stared after him. She felt a bit like wading through cotton. Did all of that really just happen? She quickly glanced at the young woman standing besides herself, who had become her housemate now. 'No, this is definitely the truth. I couldn't come up with something like this even if I tried.'

Dolltopia

While Sinistra kept enthusiastically waving the landlord goodbye Eternia got lost in thought. 'Okay. Perhaps Sinistra is a bit weird... but actually this situation isn't that bad. Nobody will expect me to share house with a stranger woman. They will think that I hide out somewhere alone. If I play my cards right they'll never find me here!' She spun that thought further. 'It even makes sense to leave some of the decorations and living arrangements to Sinistra. If I have to live with some outfashioned things, who cares! At least I don't leave a clear pattern that leads them to me.'

"Eternia?"
At the mention of her name the blonde twitched and returned to reality. "Err... what?"
Sinistra gave her an unsettled look while donning her cape. "I asked of you when you want to move in."
"Sorry, I was a bit distracted", Eternia explained automatically. "Err, first thing tomorrow morning. How about you?"
"I will pack up my belongings tonight too and cancel the hotel room for tomorrow morning."

Dolltopia

"Well, then we'll meet up tomorrow in the morning!" Eternia made her way towards the garden fence while the elementalist locked the door.
"Wait just a second!" The black haired quickly ran after her. She gave Eternia one of the keys and asked: "Shouldn't we talk about the details first? Is there something we should buy beforehand? Cleaning agents or anything?"
"I doubt that's helpful", Eternia said in a honest tone. "I suggest we both bring our stuff here and take stock of who owns what. Then we buy what's missing."
"Do you have many things?" asked Sinistra.
"No, I don't. Just a few boxes of small stuff. Whatever fits in a furnished room in a pension."
"It's the same for me."

Dolltopia

Sinistra pondered for a second. "Can I have the room on the upper floor?"
"Fine by me. At least then I won't wake you up with rumbling on the stairs when I come home late at night", the blonde answered and added in her mind: 'Additionally the ceilings downstairs are at least a little bit higher in case I don't come home alone!'
Sinistra chuckled. "Great. Don't you agree, though, that we should renovate the common rooms first?"
Eternia was impressed that her housemate had come to the same conclusion as herself. "Yes, I thought about that too. The bedrooms are okay; we can renovate those later. But those awefully washed-up ceilings... ugly. Tomorrow I'll take my stuff to my room and then look around what has to be done first. I'm not inclined to clean out the livingroom again later after we settled in."
"It's great that we agree on this!"
"Cool, then do your best to get to sleep early and have a big breakfast! Tomorrow will be a long day!"
"Indeed... See you tomorrow, Eternia!"
"See you tomorrow."
