She has a tattoo on her cheek and wears glittery eyeshadow. Fluttershy is made of a material unlike all other dolls in my possession. She is very soft and thus it feels weird when moving her limbs. Regardless, she seems to be pretty robust.

One word of warning though: This doll has no feet! Instead she has two knobs that are clicked into the boots. This way small children can't lose the shoes but it requires quite some strength to remove them and the doll can't walk barefeeted at the beach at all.
