Tarot is a fortuneteller and owns a big spellbook with ancient spells. Her favourite spell produces the best chocolate cake ever and she's the mother of the triplets Vicky, Aqua and Hexie.

What irks me about her is that she has purplish hair on her card, it's considerably darker than the pink hair mine has.
