Although I love all ponies with their quirks and characters I probably like Rarity best (and Fluttershy!). At first her snobbish behaviour and her urge to be part of high society and always look perfect with the newest fashion was gross to me, but she's also hard-working, creative, loves to give gifts and even shares her most precious belongings, is always polite and will swallow her pride any time for her friends.

I would love to be so hard-working and inspired as she is. : )
