To begin with: I put all MoM minis on homeprinted bases since the originals are very clunky and ugly and their function was only needed in MoM 1st edition. This is a big miniature, the base is probably 10cm.

The Shoggoth - it's one of 2 - is very sticky and I can only assume this to be a reaction to the spray varnish. Usually I only know this from dolls and I think the rubberlike, soft material is the culprit. It took 5 layers of Mr. Super Clear matte varnish to reduce the stickiness to an acceptable level.
