Although I don't own the rules for the Cult of Skaro yet, I still wanted to have a general for my army that stands out visually. So I painted him as Dalek Sec. While doing so, I did my best to come as close to the photos as I could, e.g. by painting on the silver rivets on his bottom ring. Sec was sealed with matt varnish and all the balls and other shiny parts of his chassis were painted with gloss varnish afterwards. Further, I used a hand drill to hollow out his plunger a bit to make it more authentic.
