Puppy

Image information

Description

The puppy is bigger than Fritzi and I wondered how to save on wool. One booklet had given the tip to use white wool as core for big animals since that would be cheaper. First of, that's not true (white costs the same as coloured wool) and secondly the animal was white already. In the end I simply made a core from cushion filing and wrapped that with some white sheep wool for stability. By now I found a similar tipp in a book about bears, they even sew a tiny fabric bag for the filling. I guess some nylon panty can be used too.

But it worked out well the way it was.
