I painted the orc on the left when I was 13 (as you can see in my early days I didn't even decorate the bases), the other two were done with Quickshade more recently. I will probably try to simply add Quickshade to the old one, too. The colours fit remarkedly well despite one being enamel and the others being acrylics.
