Baby Quilt

Image information

Description

Last but not least the master piece: a quilt. It's ca. 1.20x1.20m and it's my very first try at making a quilt. I downloaded a tutorial for a simple one and then did 3 trips to the fabric store because once I was at home I was never happy with what I bought. The problem was that I actually wanted to use a fabric with a dragon pattern, but it was sold out online. The 3 shops in the city had simply nothing I liked. So in the end, with the approval of the parents, the theme became... Star Wars. *yuck* My brother is a Star Wars nerd, my sister in law loves dogs, so I tried to include her by doing dog appliques.
