Gerbils

Image information

Description

The favourite treat of my gerbils were vanilla drops for guinea pigs. Just the vanilla sort though, they hated the other flavours like berries or meat. Those things weren't especially healthy so they only got one every 1-2 days. It was always so cute to watch them eat them. They held it in their little paws, bit off a tiny bit, then rotated the drop in their hands, biting off pieces all around until just the thick middle was left. Then they often lost interest and threw it away, but even the scraps vanished during the nights then.
