Honestly, why do they do that?! There's another base set which includes a vampire and a witch. I would love to have the witch for her green skin, but she shares a pink torso with the vampire! Most of the smaller addons only come with arms and legs, heads and wigs, clothes and accessoires - sometimes you don't even get whole legs but only shanks. This is a shame, as there are such cute sets. I adore the wasp girl and there's a boy set with a gargoyle boy - who'd have to share a pink torso with a vampire boy too. Mattel, this is just shitty behaviour! I mostly bought the set to see if I can model a torso myself and colourize it correctly to finish the dragon girl.
