As a robot Mae only wears a skirt. Furthermore she wears roller skates. In theory her legs can be moved a little bit but there is very few practical use for that because she always stands cross-legged.

I don't know if it's just my Mae but she doesn't fit in her doll stand. Not at all. When one foot sits tightly at its place the other one won't even go near its own hole.
