I had planned 50gr of needles for the whole project but ran out of them in the middle of it and had to reorder. Grrr. It also wasn't planned to drown the ranks in so many flower buds as I did but I disliked the bleeding paint even more than an overdose of glitter. I don't know why that happened anyway - I didn't use that much water and the background had two whole days to dry. Next time I'll use acrylic paint definitely.
