Aydron up front. Doesn't look much like him either but that doesn't matter. This is all about the hairdo too. I kept that the bangs cover one eye but they have much more volume now and thus look tidier. He now wears the rest of his hair in a nice ponytail.
I also got rid of my aversion of men with pierced ears and gave him earrings. When even the wingling magistrate wears some - a wingling! - then the fashion conscious elementalist can't loose out to that. Lol.

Overall I think it's just his eyes and cheekbones that sit too high, the rest looks quite right to me. And I have to take care that his ears are always smaller than those of the winglings.
