This one was rather easy. The metal got its greenish look by adding some green ink to silver paint. Then it was inked green, brushed silver, inked black and brushed silver again. The sickle was inked red to give it a more interesting look. The decal on the horse padding is a Demonworld waterslide transfer. Those were cheap back in the day (around 600 in a pack) and precoloured.
