I spent several hours on Google and yet couldn't find out anything about this Hobbit girl, neither the article number nor the composition of the whole set. I own another, even smaller girl that isn't quite finished yet, and I dimly remember that at least one of them was in a blister with their mum. I guess I'll have to wait what else comes forth from my boxes of lose parts. Maybe I can piece it together.
