No clue why, but the Slitheen were one of my favourite opponents in Dr. Who. ^^

They are not varnished yet and sit on the metal bases that are cast-on. After varnishing I will most likely place them on an additional acrylic base for the tabletop wargame, even though I don't have rules for the Slitheen. In the more recent version of the game there are cards for them included, but those who bought them early like me must buy those rules for additional money, there's no download. For a uniform look they will still be out on acryl.
