Skeletons were my favourite monster in game and the second-fav for painting. I tried to achieve many different shades of bone colours and was able to add ink to the Revell colours to make them fit in.

Some will wonder why dungeon denizens come with a green grass base. Well, Games Workshop did the miniatures. And back then GW minis had to have a green base. If you showed up to a tournament with something different you were thrown out of the shop. So little Ephie did it right - and I did for a very long time, until times had long changed universally.
