Spectral Walkers come with the "No Rest for the Wicked" expansion and are dangerous foes, since they are immune against regular close combat and ranged weapons. Only magic and the included ballista (err...) can harm them. Apart from that they act like regular walkers.

I still have to paint lots of them, and how the base of the right one got that paint scratched off I have no clue. Yikes.
